Review of “The Power of Conversational Hypnosis”
No CommentsDear Student of Hypnosis
Thanks for dropping by. This is my personal response to the online hypnosis course “The Power of Conversational Hypnosis” Visit their official site here.
THE DIGESTED REVIEW for those of you in a hurry.
Despite the hype (and there is a lot of it!) and the sleaze factor of their sales page this is a sound investment if you are considering learning hypnosis. There is plenty of good quality content- audio and written material and I now recommend this course to my students because it saves me a lot of time if they are already familiar with the material.
If you are serious about learning hypnosis I do suggest you check out their site. They have a 60 day money back guarantee so you can always get a refund.
There’s also a new course out called Ultimate Conversational Hypnosis. I haven’t checked that one out yet but I thought you should know what your choices are at the moment.
MY UNCENSORED RESPONSE . . .
What I’m not going to do here is go into a whole load of detail about what is available on the course. You can find plenty of detail and reasons to buy on the official website and to be frank with you there are a whole bunch of so called “reviews” out there on the net where you can find that stuff.
What I am going to do is cut straight to the chase.
There are three very good reasons why I recommend this course but I also want to give you a word of warning. I’ll come to that in a moment.
1) If you really want to master hypnosis then you MUST take a live training where you can see what works being demonstrated and you can practise for yourself. There is no substitute for this, you will not master hypnosis without it. BUT if you can’t afford that right now OR if you want something that will support and develop your skills then the combination of audio and written material that this course offers is a very good bet. I’ve had students come to me after taking this course and they show a good set of skills and a better than average understanding of what hypnosis is about.
2) This course over-delivers on content. There is just loads of it for you to absorb. It’s going to keep you occupied for months if you study it properly and do all the activities and exercises that it suggests. Also you can join the private hypnosis club and get access to monthly updates to the material and a useful forum to get answers to y0ur questions.
3) Igor Ledochowski, the author, knows his stuff. I’ve met him and worked with him and I know for a fact that last year he spent more than THREE MONTHS training with other people. In other words he keeps his skills fresh and up to date and he has worked with pretty much all the “names” in the field of hypnosis.
Now for that WORD OF WARNING. If you think you are going to magically listen to a few hours of audio, read a few notes, discover a few “secrets” and then magically become a master of hypnosis who can command anyone to do your will then wake up, look in the mirror and slap yourself around a bit.
It’s true that hypnosis can be incredibly powerful. There’s no question that you will learn more about yourself, become a better communicator and find it much much easier to talk to people persuasively.
But if you want to get really good at this, if you want to become a master then you are going to have to put the work in. You are going to have to practise. You are going to have to make mistakes. You are going to have to practise some more. And some more .. and some … ok you get the idea.
If you are the sort of person who gets really excited about something and then loses interest after a couple of weeks then do yourself a favour, save yourself some time and just burn the money or throw it away. Or even better send it to me.
On the other hand if you can discipline yourself to work through the material and practise what you learn then I suggest you go take a look now and decide whether it’s right for you.
